I have been pursuing personal training for 4 years now. I have been a member of 3 gyms, over a dozen personal trainers and thousands of dollars. That is, until Taylor. For the first time in years I have finally found a program that I enjoy, can repeat on my own when I travel for work, that is very affordable, and that I am seeing benefits from! Taylor has invested in my well-being by creating workouts to fit my goals, session times that align with my work schedule, and providing literature and dietary goals that help me better understand a healthy lifestyle. He has gone above and beyond more than any trainer I have ever gone to. More than anything, I LOOK FORWARD to my sessions! Taylor is a blast and we have such a good time during our sessions that the time flies by! It’s fun, affordable, flexible, and the best thing I have done for my body in years. It’s been 2 months and im down 7lbs and fitting into old clothes!! I’m losing weight and building muscle the right way that is sustainable and healthy. Thank you Taylor for changing my life! Taylor has been my trainer since July 2012 and I feel very fortunate to have him in my life. Besides being my trainer, I also consider Taylor a treasured friend and he is very important to me. I am 60 years old and even though there is a big age difference between us, I value his expertise, wisdom and knowledge as a Personal Trainer. From Taylor, I have learned that we are never too old to make positive good changes to our bodies. I have diabetes and I was told that if I did not get it under control that I would be put on Insulin shots. When I first started with Taylor I asked him to help me get my weight down and my body in better physical shape. Taylor has helped me to keep my weight down and under control and has kept me from adding insulin to my list of prescriptions. I could go on all day about how Taylor has helped me and how much I think of him, but what I really want you to know is that I highly recommend Taylor to be your Personal Trainer!!! He has changed my life and he will change yours too!!!
Because of Courtneys experience, education, knowledge of anatomy and the body she has helped me to better shape my diet and exercise program to maximize my results. Now being a man in my 50's, I frequently have knee or joint issues and Courtney specifically designs workouts to strengthen the muscles surrounding the joint and then that usually improves the issue significantly.

Courtney is a fantastic instructor and I would recommend her to anyone, particularly people who are either starting or experienced in their kettlebell journey. Being a StrongFirst-certified Instructor, I completely trust her, and her creativity with programming and really listening to my goals made working with her extremely rewarding. And she's a wonderful person as well!
Courtney is hands down the best trainer I've ever had. She's knowledgeable and worked me hard, but with a good sense of my past injuries (something my former trainers tended to forget). She's also just a great personality, which makes those challenging sessions something to look forward to.

I’ve known Courtney for a long time and she recently started working with my daughter on her strength and agility to improve her soccer game. Courtney’s personalization of the training to benefit my daughters specific goals has been transformative in improving her soccer game and overall fitness. I signed up to train with Jill for an upcoming 1 mile ocean swim. It would be my first time doing this swim. Jill helped me build strength, confidence and resilience during the 6 weeks we trained together. I feel like my body is transforming in ways I did not expect and that I didn't think possible. I completed my swim with grace and efficiency. I am so happy I chose to train with Jill. I truly got more than I was hoping for! I look forward to continue training with her to continue to challenge my body and strength.
Besides being extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it heals itself, Jill also takes into account how your personal approach will affect your growth - your pace, your willingness, your own knowledge about yourself - and crafts something incredibly unique and attainable.
Jill is an awesome wellness coach! She inspired me to take charge of my health by starting me off with simple, manageable goals that were easy to achieve, and then supporting me to push my own limits when she saw I was ready to. I started seeing Jill for personal training when I was pregnant with my first child in 2020. She very quickly demonstrated that she could not only help me get physically ready for my delivery but also mentally and spiritually prepared as well. I went into my labor fit and confident. I am convinced that my recovery postpartum was also faster due to our work together. When I got pregnant with my second child in 2022, I immediately called Jill again. This pregnancy was more uncomfortable then my first and I didn't have the same energy I had previously especially in my 3rd trimester. When I wasn't physically able to train, I found a ton of value in the more restorative approaches that Jill offers, stretching, meditation and energy work. Similar to my first pregnancy I 'I highly recommend working with Jill whatever your physical and wellness goals may be.
Jill is an artist of the body. I've learned so much about my body working with her. I've never looked or felt better. have gained so much confidence by building my strength inside and out. It is the best decision I ever made! I am so grateful.
I am so lucky that Jill is my personal trainer. She balances listening to my needs and injury prevention, while motivating me and challenging me to find my best performance. In the past 2 months training with Jill, I have noticed a great difference in my abilities to lift weights and increased energy during workouts. I also feel like I can talk to her about anything because of her in depth knowledge of the body.For example, I have always struggled with digestion issues, and Jill helps me stay track. I’ve been working out for about 20 years on my own, I’ve never really felt like I needed a trainer. I took the complimentary introduction with Jill expecting to just go through the assessment and part ways. I was struck by a couple of things, she was very knowledgeable but also intuited the right way to approach me. Our sessions focus on working out as more therapeutic and recuperative rather than 'no pain/no gain'. As a guy in my late forties I appreciate that. I’ve been lifting weights for awhile but really ignoring other disciplines, like stretching, foam rolling and a more holistic approach to the body. I really feel like this is an area of Jill’s expertise. She did a great job of making me feel confident in her suggestions and course and I never felt pressured but I did feel a firm push to do my best. It’s been 6 weeks, I can’t even tell you how different, how much better I feel. I really owe it to Jill
Jill is fantastic. I worked with her for the months leading up to the birth of my second child as a pre-natal doula. I sought Jill out because, like many busy moms, I had done zero exercise in the last year or so taking care of my other child and working. Jill helped me gain confidence and strength to go through the birthing process of my second child which is exactly what I was looking for. I had a very difficult delivery with my second child and I have no doubt that the training we did together enabled me to deliver my child safely. My wish is that I had worked with Jill for my first child! The program Jill designed for me was geared and tailored specifically to work to a level I was at. Jill also does a lot of work on mindfulness connecting meditation and visualization with exercise to help prepare the mind and body for delivery. Overall I highly recommend working with Jill
Working with Jill has been wonderful. I’ve worked with many trainers before and have had mixed feelings, but with her, I look forward to every workout (something I’ve never felt before). She’s encouraging, kind, and fun. She has extensive knowledge of not only exercises, but anatomy, nutrition, medicine, hormones etc., which assures me I’m in good hands. She’s honest and always modifies based on what is going on in my life vs others who would just say, “push through” or “no excuses”. I always leave feeling like I had a great workout no matter what the program was for that day.
