CLIENT'S REVIEW
“Courtney is a fantastic instructor and I would recommend her to anyone, particularly people who are either starting or experienced in their kettlebell journey. Being a StrongFirst-certified Instructor, I completely trust her, and her creativity with programming and really listening to my goals made working with her extremely rewarding. And she's a wonderful person as well!
Courtney is hands down the best trainer I've ever had. She's knowledgeable and worked me hard, but with a good sense of my past injuries (something my former trainers tended to forget). She's also just a great personality, which makes those challenging sessions something to look forward to.
Courtney is a terrific instructor, extremely patient and attentive. She’s incredibly attuned to her clients’ individual needs and crafts her workouts for the very best results, while also keeping it fun. She has totally transformed my body and how I view working out. She’s also such a sweetheart and a blast to be around that I look forward to my workouts!
I can’t wait for this gym to open! Courtney Crump is the best trainer I’ve ever had! I’ve worked with many personal trainers in the past and she blows them all away. I’ve seen the most results while working with her and have learned so much along the way. She is beyond knowledgeable and fun to be around. If you want to get fit and have fun, Courtney is the trainer for you!
